How long can I use the products?

You can continue using the products daily until you have achieved your desired result. We recommend taking a 7 day break every 8 weeks. 

I want to reduce my pregnancy tummy, what should I take?

If you are still breastfeeding, you would need to wait until you have finished before using our products. 

If you have finished breastfeeding, we would recommend to take our products after 2weeks . You will find that you will first lose fat from the areas that you gain it to easiest, then the rest of your body. So you can stop with the products once you have achieved your desired result.

Can I take the products with other supplements?

Is packaging discreet?

The products will ship in either a regular brown cardboard box or a yellow padded mailbag. The description of the product will be listed on the commercial invoice attached to the package, but the items will not be visible, nor will any logo or branding be on the box.

Can I take the products with a protein shake?

Yes, it is okay to still drink protein shakes when using our products. We recommend that you have a substantial meal of real food before taking the products in the morning. 

Can I use the products if I smoke?

You are fine to use the products if you smoke. But of course, for optimal health, it is recommended not to smoke.

Do the products effect sleep?

YSO coffee contain caffeine, so we recommend not to take them later than 5:30 pm.

How long after eating do I take the products?

Take the products immediately after you finish your meal, within a 30-minute time frame.

I forgot to take my products, what should I do?

If you forgot to take your products at breakfast, you could take them with your lunch instead. If you forgot to take the products & it is now the evening, take them as normal the next day. Do not double dose on any of the products.

Do they contain lactose?

The capsules and pre-workout do not contain any lactose. The Quick Shake contains whey protein isolate, which is generally very low in lactose, but is not lactose free.
